Cheese Trio: Bright & Boisterous -- order now for in-store pickup

Brabander – A pasteurized goat milk gouda that’s hand-selected and aged for 6-9 months by a small cheese shop in the Netherlands. Semi-firm, but still creamy in the mouth, with a slight goaty flavor that’s complimented by notes of sweet cream, toasted nuts, and a subtle caramelly sweetness.

Mt. Tam – Made by Cowgirl Creamery in Petaluma, California, this mild pasteurized cow milk triple crème is even more buttery than a brie, with a creamy center and a delicate, mushroomy rind.

Ossau Iraty Fermier – A firm, dry cheese from the western Pyrenees in France that’s made in small batches, using raw sheep milk, and following centuries old traditions. It’s herbaceous and nutty, with notes of hay, toasted hazelnut, and brown butter.

All orders are available for in-store pickup only. Your cheese will be ready to pick up TOMORROW after 3pm during our normal business hours. We are closed on Monday -- if you are ordering on Sunday, your order will be ready on Tuesday. If you would like to request another pick up date or time, please call us at 818.849.5523. All cheeses are cut in approximately half pound wedges.
