Cheese Trio: Rich and Robust -- order now for in-store pickup

L’amuse Signature Gouda – A firm gouda made with pasteurized cow milk, hand-selected and aged for 2 years by a small cheese shop in the Netherlands. Deep amber in color, with well distributed protein crystals, and notes of hazelnut and caramel. 

Challerhocker – A full flavored, semi-firm cheese made with unpasteurized cow milk in Switzerland. This handmade cheese is aged about 10 months and is an exceptional example of Switzerland’s best, featuring notes of toasted nuts, brown butter, and melted leeks. 

Fourme d’Ambert – A smooth and creamy French blue cheese made with pasteurized cow milk.  Complex and a bit earthly, this buttery blue is well-balanced and approachable. 

All orders are available for in-store pickup only. Your cheese will be ready to pick up TOMORROW after 3pm during our normal business hours. We are closed on Monday -- if you are ordering on Sunday, your order will be ready on Tuesday. If you would like to request another pick up date or time, please call us at 818.849.5523. All cheeses are cut in approximately half pound wedges.
