Approximately a quarter pound of each meat will be thinly sliced and wrapped in butcher paper.

All orders are available for in-store pickup only — WE DO NOT SHIP.

Your items will be ready to pick up TOMORROW after 3pm during our normal business hours. We are closed on Mondays, as well as some holidays. If we are scheduled to be closed tomorrow, your order will be ready on the next day that we are open. If you would like to request another pick up date or time, please call us at 818.849.5523.

Charcuterie Descriptions:

Prosciutto di San Daniele – A classic Italian prosciutto that’s been aged for 2 years. Sweet, nutty, rich, and robust.

Salami François – A Genoa-style pork salami featuring subtle flavors of white pepper, garlic, and white wine. Made by Red Table Meats.

Trufa Seca – A pork salami seasoned with fragrant black truffles and sea salt. Made by Charlito’s Cocina.
